One 2 3 Cafe & Restaurant - NARRABRI

I saw the great reviews on Trip Advisor with lots of gluten free options, but on arrival, I found there is a new chef. I chose Salmon Steak special and was delighted when I found the Salmon was stuffed with semi dried tomatoes spinach leaves; very tasty although the salad not as good as I expected; a bit lacking in taste, nice but not spectacular but maybe my expectations were too high for a lunch special at $15! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. No mention of gluten free (or low gluten due Australian laws) on the menu but there were GF options if you asked.

We had a business meeting on the large square table. It was quite noisy but everyone was satisfied with the place.

There was a number of dishes I could choose from which is always a great start. Excellent home cooked food with generous portions in a bright, clean and comfortable cafe.

Friendly cafe that can cater to any dietary requirement. Been here a few times when up for business and nothing ever a problem. Food fresh and tasty. Will be back
