In response to Mr. Bennett's review, I would like to clarify that you did not reach our sales line, but rather our hotline for forecasts. All you needed to do was provide your name and phone number, and I would have returned your call. I am in the office every morning at 3:30 AM and leave for part of the day. In over 17 years of business, this is the first time someone has complained without leaving their contact information for a callback.

I called to inquire about prices and services on their sales line, but the representative I spoke with had no idea what a price card was. He then directed me to someone else who wasn’t available. If your team isn't familiar with your own pricing or can’t connect me with someone who can assist, that's understandable—there are plenty of other businesses that can. However, if you claim to offer excellent customer service, it’s puzzling why you'd have someone so unhelpful answering the sales line. As a result, I will not be using your services.
