Bavarian Bierhaus - Nashville

I used to love this restaurant before the pandemic. We had made reservations through Open Table but were told upon arrival that they do not actually accept reservations. We decided to seat ourselves without any issues, so it wasn't a big deal, just a slight hiccup in the system. Due to Covid, they have a limited menu which is still good, but if you have been here before, you will miss some of their usual dishes like the red cabbage. Normally, this place is a 5/5, but with the current situation, it was just okay. The server seemed overwhelmed and the food took longer to come out than usual. We will definitely be back, but hopefully by then they will have their full menu and service back to normal. Overall, it is typically a great experience with delicious food.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The music was so loud that we had to go outside to hear each other. The food service was extremely slow and there were no drink refills. The food arrived five minutes before the silverware, so by the time we could eat it, it was already cold. The menu was also very limited. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

During Covid, they have an abbreviated menu, it’s good, but if you ever been here before, your going to be missing the red cabbage and some of their usual favorites. I really love the onion soup but I ask for light pretzels and there was a lot pretzels. they gave the requested soup with light pretzels to another person at our table and on top of it it was extremely salty. I pretty much ate the cheese off the top and left the rest. I like the restaurant and have been here before I hope this was a one time incident.
