Domino's Pizza - Nashville

I?ve always loved dominos food and I even loved working for them as they have great owners and usually great managers and teams there. But at the Nashville ga dominos the manager was extremely rude. After calling about not getting the marinara we orderedextra of she said she didn?t care and hung up on us. I called back and she refused to tell me her name and was very rude thesecond call as well , we also still don?t have any marinara.

Absolutely best Dominos experience ever!! The guy who worked the window was great. My wife and kids wouldn't stop fighting for the pizza.

Overall, I've generally been quite happy with this location. We order from them fairly regularly. There have been instances where the pizza didn't match my order, but whenever I called to let them know, the manager would promptly make us a new one. No big deal. The staff has always been polite and attentive. While I prefer Pizza Hut when it comes to the food, I consistently choose Domino's because of their professionalism and competitive prices.

This time, the service was absolutely terrible. All three staff members I spoke with tried to brush me off without listening to my concerns. I understand that being short-staffed can lead to delays in delivery, but it's important to communicate that to your customers. I only found out about the delay when the tracker texted me saying the driver was arriving, and even then, it took another 30 minutes for my pizza to be delivered. When it finally arrived, I saw on my security cameras that the delivery driver placed our pizza in the prickly shrub in front of my house. The employees at the Domino's store in Nashville, GA really dropped the ball this time. Remember, word of mouth matters!
