Miel Restaurant - Nashville

My man and I love it is both a neighboring restaurant (with all wonderful connections that implicit) and a very high class dining. eating is well thought out with menus that reflect seasonal available products. the weinlist is really special, reflecting soulmas amazing ability to identify interesting weine that really supplement the menu. I have seen some negative comments to the service, and while I belong that it wasn't always, it is usually great with some really fantastic people who really take their jobs seriously. I should point out that anyone who has done less than great did not stop there for long, so there seems to be a good system to keep only good people. we go back regularly because we know that we will have a nice evening every day.

Consistently great eating and impeccable service. seema creates a culinary experience that it hurts. this is my place to point out customers and I celebrate each year one of my birthday meals there. recommend miel.

Great service, great atmosphere. Not a huge fan of the scallops. For $28 for two scallops(and delicious seasonal veg), I did wish for scallops without grit. Fresh, yes, but not rinsed appropriately and a bit over citrused (though that was clearly written in the description). Had the Old Cuban cocktail, which was great. Still 5 starts because the gnocchi was awesome and maybe I just shouldn't order seafood in Nashville, duh.

Quite possibly one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I 've ever had. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a safe visit a couple of months ago, when many places in Nashville weren 't taking the same level of precautions. The ambience in the barn was perfect, and everything we ate was divine. We loved everything about Miel. We will be back.

At the same time spontaneous and ingenious, miel combines natural ingredients with high priority on experience and sustainability. The interieur curses and catarsis for failure in all of us. in modern age, miel still conquers the romanticism of food, high service and human connection.
