Subway - Nashville

A two or three star place. Food was low end subway style. Truthfully the only thing that saves this from being a one star was the politeness of the single staff person.

I called to tell the store about MULTIPLE things missing from my sandwich the employee just starts arguing with me, insisting he put everything on it AS IM LOOKING AT THE SANDWICH. They're rude. Missing pickles, sweet onion, ranch, lettuce. Tastes like I'm missing salt pepper too.

The restaurant was clean, tidy, and well-stocked. I had the pleasure of being served by Raymond, and I would gladly return just for him. He worked faster than some teams of three! Not only was he incredibly nice and polite, but he was also genuinely helpful and kind. It's a rare find these days to come across employees like him.

I visited this location for the first time last week and ordered my usual meal, which I typically enjoy at other branches. Unfortunately, just 15 minutes after eating, I felt extremely ill—one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Trying to stay optimistic, I thought maybe it was just a one-off issue. So, I decided to give it another chance today, ordering a completely different sandwich and even a different drink. However, before I could leave the restaurant, I ended up feeling sick again. The restrooms were crowded, and now I understand why. I'm writing this while sitting in the bathroom.

A customer came in without a mask. The management(? asked them to put one on. The customer explained that he had a medical condition. Before/instead of simply asking the customer to stand back from the glass, the employee/manager had the nerve to say, Oh, is that what they 're saying these days? (Not friendly, in my opinion. The customer left without ordering. I don 't know if this is considered discrimination or harassment against people with health issues or what, but they need to be re-trained in customer courtesy at the very least. Not everyone is able to comply with the mandate. I will not give money to businesses like this.
