I had a fantastic birthday brunch! The food was delicious and everything tasted amazing.

My favorite brunch spot! The ambiance is perfect and adorable, and everything I've tried from the menu is amazing. The décor is so beautiful that it almost looks too good to be real. I honestly have no complaints about this place, even with the wait. A great tip for Sunday mornings: put your name on the list and grab a coffee at Frothy Monkey while you stroll around 12 South as you wait for your turn. I also appreciate the abundance of gluten-free options with clear labels on the menu, and the staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant.

The waitlist is an outrageous process. i joined the waitlist at 10am expecting it to be 2 hours. at 11:45 I was 4 in waitlist. I arrived at BMR at 12 to check in, but we were not sat until 1pm. 10+ parties were sat after our check in even though our position in the waitlist never changed. the food was tasty, but i cannot give an accurate analysis due to my hunger and frustration associated with the wait. also, our “starter” did not arrive as a starter but with the meal. too be honest, i will not likely return.

Good brunch food. Variety of pastry options. Love that you can walk in and grab pastries to go. Also they have a decent parking lot.
