Wendy's - Nashville

I went through the way. do not think that the dining room was open so not sure on rating atmosphere

I would normally have bad things to say about wendys due to previous problems with order accuracy and food quality, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quiet of eating this recent visit. I had stopped going to this particular place because of earlier thinking. it looks like they have a new crew. there was a problem with not the updated Baconatorries I ordered, but they quickly and professionally made it right.

I gave him a star because he has no zero. my care is about the drinker and the spicy area. the soaking machine does not dewater properly and when I brought the attention of the service manager that someone had spilled a limo on the counter and it was dried and sticky and came to my white hemd, he lashed me in a round. because he would take care of it. but he didn't. we were there about 45 minutes and no one came to wash it. the spilled soda had to be there for days. I even offered to clean it if he gave me a cleaning cloth....Another thing is lying. if the counter in the escap is annoying. how does the front room and the kitchen look? my hemd was ruined, and he, the manager, was like oh well, don't even tell me that they were shorthanded, no, that in the register would have gotten a little cleaner and a lobe and cleaned the opposite. the restaurant was not busy. there was only one other customer in the whole restaurant!

I tried to come here 3 times and every time it is closed. it does not close by 1 o'clock. I tried at midnight, 23:00 a.m. and 22:00 a.m. around 11 and 10 they cried me through the window and said: we have closed! Bye!” and throw me away. sassy, rude, always closing way earlier than they advertise. I just wish I could check her food, her service or something. I'll try at 14 o'clock next time.

Absolutely terrible service. Manger had an attitude and refused to add honey mustard to a chicken sandwich saying they “weren’t allowed to” when they’ve been doing it for me for years lol. These people think they deserve $15./hr?
