THERE SHOULD ABSOLUTELY BE NO REASON FOR ANYONE TO WAIT 10 TO 12 MINS AT THE DRIVE UP SPEAKER WHICH HAPPENED TO ME LAST NIGHT! IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SIMPLE BECAUSE ALL I WANTED WAS A DRINK BUT FOR SOME STRANGE REASON THE STAFF WORKING THE 2ND SHIFT ARE EITHER BEING SLOW ON PURPOSE OR IF SHORT HANDED NEED TO HIRE ANOTHER PERSON AND NOT HAVE 2 PEOPLE LIKE I SAW THE OTHER NIGHT! THE FRANCHISE OWNER AND THE MNGR RUNNING THIS STORE NEED TO DO BETTER OF RUNNING THEIR STAFF SO THAT THEY CAN EFFICIENTLY RUN THE PLACE BETTER! YES I TYPED THIS IN ALL UPPER CASE BECAUSE I NEED YOU TO UNDERSTAND AND SEE THAT A GOOD MANY OF US ARE UPSET AND NOT HAPPY OF HOW THINGS ARE RUNNING HERE!

This was by far the worst service I've had here. This location has gotten better over the past year, so I was shocked to receive such terrible service from the cashier in the drive-thru. I know the cashier listed on the receipt is sometimes different than who is actually talking, but I believe the cashier's name was Omya. First, she greeted me and took my order very rudely. Then, she attempted to overcharge me. Next, she basically accused me of trying to get an extra burger when she got my order wrong saying that she had my sandwich right the first time (basically plain). I attempted to show her the receipt, but I was ignored, probably because she knew she had made a mistake and was rude for absolutely no reason. The sandwich is clearly listed as a regular burger with everything on it. Also, I attempted to give back the wrong burger so it would be clear that I wasn't trying to get over. She mumbled something and halfway passed my correct order out of the window before quickly shutting it. I guess this location will continue to be a hit or miss.

Always fresh and they give you your money's worth even if it is a little high.

This situation is terrible...either they are not taking out a kind of payment that wait is long, and their employees are very rude. at 3/28/22 I came to this. there were 1 car in front of me, and they had waited there for more than 5 minutes to accept their order. when it was my turn, the girl said that they placed their order. I gave up my order, got my sum and went to the window. When I was there, I gave her my debit card. then she told me, rude, that was only cash payment at the moment. I told her she didn't tell me that specifically. it was the car in front of me, then she started to tell me rude that she had already told me that and there was no car in front of me as if I had been lying about it. So I'm not going back to this ghetto place. they have to take the load together. it always goes wrong!
