Bahamian Club - Nassau

It was our first night in the Bahamas, and I was quite anxious about where to eat. Our hotel made a reservation for us at the Bahamian Club, and it was simply fantastic! The servers were very knowledgeable about cross-contamination and were attentive to the needs of someone with celiac disease. The chef even came out to speak with me for a while to explain how she prepared my meal. She personally took my order, prepared it, and brought it back to me. It was the best dining experience I've ever had!

The chef came to our table to talk about gluten-free options, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent! When the French server brought out the dishes, he was careful to ensure that the gluten-free guest didn’t receive the soup. However, they can order the soup without the bread, and it’s important to mention their gluten-free status so the chef can come over to discuss options. Overall, it was one of the best meals we had, although it was on the pricey side. I had the grilled lobster, and it was spectacular!
