Sonic Drive-in - Natchitoches

The new manager at Sonic on University Parkway in Natchitoches, LA is fantastic! I met him on his first day, and in just a couple of months, he has already made significant improvements to both the facility and customer service.

I walked through the passage and found the service to be reasonably quick and friendly; however, they forgot to provide me with a fork for my meal.

Ordered the $3,99 patty melt. Hot with lots of diced onions and cheese. Meat was good and bigger than the toast.

One of the few indoor Sonic. You must see to believe. Trouble with maintaining good help. Service varies As of 2/8/2022 services is in non existent mode that's if they are open. Very sad that the pandemic and lack of employees will be the end of this signature Sonic. One of the few done in Sonics five miles from a major interstate and located by a state University and High School of 1500 students and staff normally very busy and profitable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient! The food was absolutely delicious! I visited both locations in the city, and both provided outstanding service. It seems like Sonic has recruited a fantastic new team! Everything was wonderful! We've truly missed Sonic!
