Starbucks - Natick

I love this Starbucks. Such wonderful people work here, they always appreciate my jokes when I ask them what the question of the day. Today I went there and I actually had a **** nose and they gave me extra napkins and wipes to help as well. Overall such great people!

My morning began with me being sent to a different location. The service at this restaurant was excellent, and the customer service at the drive-thru was exceptional. The young man working there even gave me a free iced coffee after we chatted and he learned that I’m a nurse. Along with the two drinks I had ordered, it was a wonderful experience.

There was a lengthy wait, but it was absolutely worth it. The staff is consistently friendly, and they create fantastic drinks.

Typically, the service here is fast, and when it isn't, they ensure their customers are well taken care of! The staff is always very polite. I often feel hesitant about visiting Starbucks, but since there aren't many good local spots nearby, I appreciate getting a similar experience at this location, even if it is just a drive-thru!
