Wetzel's Pretzels - National City

The staff here is fantastic! The dishes are always fresh and delicious. You truly get your money's worth. I highly recommend option #3 from their menu.

The staff really needs some oversight. This is my second encounter with two different employees, and both were incredibly rude. They either seem overworked or lack basic training. Both times, they sighed at us and had a terrible attitude. Honestly, I think the real issue lies with whoever is responsible for training them and paying them so little that they dislike their jobs. There needs to be some improvement.

Excellent service, the Bretzel? was incredibly tasty and her punk limonade? is upstairs. I recommend???????

Very disappointed in the service. The man (employe# 271) at the register was very rude. If you don?t like working for the establishment, find another job. As I ordered, I requested for a cup of water. He upsettingly got me the cup of water, but also charged me $1 for the 8 oz white plastic cup of water from tap without informing me I was paying for it. Only after I received my receipt did I find out I was charged. I questioned him and he said yes we charge a $1 then looked away...for that, I would have paid a dollar more for a bottled water. You couldn?t see what was rung up at the register, because they have a paper covering the area where you can see items being rung up. If you are going to charge customers for a cup of water, it should be clearly stated.

They no longer have sour cream and onion pretzels which is why I would go there. The price of a pretzel is not worth the other flavors .
