Coddington's On Meadow - Naugatuck

Once you have their home fries you'll never be the same. Great place, small and inviting. Lovely staff. Seriously though, the home fries are amazing and is the reason why I travel 30+ minutes to eat here!

You would think being this place has been in business for 25+ years I would have gotten exceptional service especially being a first time customer . Let me start off by saying there was absolutely no Greet at the door. The workers looked at me and my husband as if they had saw a ghost or if we had bothered them very unwelcoming We had gotten our food tossed at us and not all at the same time . By the time we finished or food we had gotten our side of bacon which was trash and also the pancakes were trash only thing I enjoyed was the omelette, potatoes trash . Never checked on us just tossed plates to us as if were dogs waiting for the bowl of food lol. Lastly they don’t know how to add because they overcharged us. My husband is BIG tipper actually over tips . There was no tip left though I would have tipped the young lady doing dishes she seems to be the only one who deserves it . We’ll go to the coffee shop next time they’re great ??

First time patrons my sister and I. I had ham/egg/cheese toasted rye bread, #2 sandwich I've ever tasted, Great!! My sister had Over Easy Home Fries rye toast, said she wasn't to fond of the taters but everything was Great. Very nice waitress and the restaurant was very clean. Decent prices also.

The food is pretty good but the service is extremely slow and the place is very out dated.

Don’t bother! Compared to literally everywhere else, it’s lacking in cleanliness by a long shot. Food is okay. Waitstaff was nice until some random employee reached over our food to get herself ketchup.
