Borda Benjamin - Naut Aran

We booked for lunch on the 26th december and were seated on a nice round table with valley view and the sun coming in. Although not directly visible from the facade of this authentic building, inside it is surprisingly roomy and the table spacing was generous. The food is local with quality ingredients and a twist of luxury in presentation. Their tuna tartare is excellent; fresh and spicy, the croquettes with ragu taste a family recipe. Main courses; nice piece of crispy pork, a great sausage and roasted potatoes. Great to have the choice of two desserts; easy choice for a delicious brioche or a baked cheesecake. We drank a pleasant bottle of Navarra white and had a good cup of coffee to finish. Chapeau to the owners who ran the restaurant on their own; very attentive, kind and food loving people.

Great food, helpful and kind staff and a lovely decorated place. All in all we had a great meal and we will surely return.

Good local food, especially the Olla Aranesa, very attentive and fast service, well priced we'll be back!
