Publix Super Market At Shoppes Of Navarre

Went to get some red snapper at Publix, because all other locations where closed for the day, and we could count on Publix to carry some more of the more unique items one might look for.

Publix is always a good experience friendly staff nice fresh produce but a bit pricey.

This publix charges a dollar or more for the same exact items that can be found at the publix 3 miles away. At least 5 items i have personally seen. Matts Orange Juice being one of them. This is not ok and i already intend to write corporate about it.

This is my local Publix and we frequent shopping here. We have always had a good experience, but yesterday was over the top excellent. I brought my toddler to the store with me to grab a quick couple of things for dinner. She was falling asleep in the shopping cart and as I went to check out, I realized I forgot my phone and my wallet at home. I went to customer service with $18 cash that I had on me and had the cashier ring me up. My total came out to $19 and some change. The cashier (Sherry) was so kind and applied a coupon to my purchase that I did not have, so that I could afford my groceries. Sherry went above and beyond for me and my family and I think she deserves recognition for that! This Publix truly is where shopping is a pleasure .

While on vacation we visited the store multiple times. We utilized the deli services for lunch options while staying near by. Store was super clean and friendly associates all around but one stood out. A young man by the name of Robert checked us out on Saturday around 12 or 1 and was super outgoing and friendly. He generated a conversation with my son and was sharing some great local advice. Nice to see a young person know the meaning of going above and beyond ! I was a store manager previously with Publix and appreciate an outstanding associate when I see one. Well done Robert! He for sure made it a pleasure even for my 14 year old son. You have a great future! Patiently awaiting Publix to hit the Cincinnati area!
