Castaneda's Meat Mkt - Navasota

I visited this restaurant to try their sopa de res, but they didn’t have any available. I ordered a plate instead, but it arrived cold. The beans were unappetizing, the rice was hard, and the quesadilla hardly had any cheese and was small—almost like a taco. The sauce lacked flavor, and there were flies everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here; this place should really be closed down.

I have bought meat from the counter several times and have always been very satisfied (and full) after cooking it. The staff at the meat counter are consistently friendly as well! Additionally, I often get chicharrones for my boss, who says they are the best he has ever had.
