Pizza Hut - Navi Mumbai

I had order a pizza online via Pizza Hut app …money got debited from my acct and the order was not placed …I called the customer care they said ..I will get a refund in 4 wrk days ..I requested them to generate a complaint number online and give me ..but they did not ..just kept saying trust us you will get refund ……..guys do not place online order with Pizza Hut ..even if u place do a COD..or else your money will get blocked …extremely bad experience..

I had a very bad experience with pizza hut new panvel we ordered a pizza and It took almost 1hour then I called to some kind of customer care a guy answered NAMED ANUPAM.. HE HAD NOTHING TO SAY EXCEPT SORRY HE WAS NOT ON THAT POSt still he was arguing on. They didn't give us refund didn't give us Pizza they made a us sadaVery bad Pizza Hut not happy at all

I ordered a veg Pizza and one chicken pizza It was very tasty and had a good amount of toppings. They have a hard crust on pizza which people generally don't like but note, I love hard crust. Affordable compared to the Vashi branch.

Ordered online and see the horror. Undercooked and not eatable. Do these guys take their work seriously. Waste of money and loss of trust. If the brand doesn't know how to make pizzas pls admit. Don't send over bread with raw sauce on top of it like a garbage. Horrible and cheap. Heat melts seeing when money spent is treated in this manner.

I place order at 8pm and after 1nd half hrs they called me and told can't deliver at my location. And still I didn't received my refund.and giving useless reasons like call was not reachable. I should have checked the review first before placing the order. Please don't order from here
