Luby's - Nederland

Very good. My first time here, and I was pleasantly surprised.

I really enjoy home cooking sometimes. The fish, fried it baked hasn't changed in flavor in over the forty years I've been going there. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Oh, and go ahead and enjoy the best desserts! Yummy

They transform a cafeteria line into a culinary masterpiece. The food is delicious and nutritious. The layout of the restaurant is a stylish departure from typical cafeterias. However, in the evening, it was difficult to see the windows due to the seating arrangement, which required me to maneuver around the other side of the table.

This was my first visit to Luby's, and it was a positive experience overall. The mac and cheese could have been improved, and the chicken fried steak could have been served hotter. However, the staff were friendly, and I found the prices to be reasonable. I really enjoyed my time there.

The food was tasty, but it wasn't served hot. The service was great. However, half of the restaurant's tables were not being cleaned. There is also outdoor seating available.
