Taqueria Cotija - Nederland

I've never been to this place since it opened until this weekend. My Homie told me this place has delicious breakfast tacos. So I met him to find out what this is about. Chilaquiles w/ green sauce. Good, but I wish it had more green sauce and cheese. Just my preference. Chorizo, egg cheese taco w/ pico. Flavorful Fried potatoes. Crispy edges and delicate in the middle Salsa Great taste and fresh. 10/10 I would come back, but I would rather try something new. Just to find my favorite menu item. Waitress (Joseline) Extremely Nice, she took the time to chat about other foods. Super friendly. Great service. Eating I loved it, I would definitely return

The food was fresh and delicious! I ordered from the menu, and they prepared my breakfast burrito without any issues. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. After enjoying our wonderful brunch, I checked the ladies' room, which had a pristine and fresh scent!

I've dined at this restaurant several times, and the food has consistently been excellent, especially considering the price. I haven't tried their delivery or takeout options, so I can't speak to those. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the subpar service I've encountered each time I've visited. Having worked as a server during college, I'm typically quite patient, but when the restaurant isn't busy, I expect the waitstaff to be more attentive. During my last visit, it took over ten minutes for anyone to acknowledge us after we were seated, and we never received the margarita we ordered. It felt like the waitstaff didn't really want to be there. If you're in the mood for good food at a reasonable price, I recommend checking out this place, but just be prepared to be patient.
