King Wok - Neenah

Went for the buffet and it was not there ,is it false advertising? Middle of the day , asked about it and was told they don't have it any more.....W T H.... PLACE LOOKED REAL SAD, rundown , you could order ,some tables were set up, but other wise take out...... Not impressed. The front door was hard to open going in and coming out.the only handy cap items were the ramp in the side walk, the only handy cap parking was one stall on the other end of the parking lotI . Don't even want to guess what the bathrooms looked like.love Chinese food , and it takes a lot to impress me, but what is going on here....???? 1/5 or 2/10 Parking: Right in front about 4 or 5 stalls , 1 handycap spot far end by pizza place, Ramp on side walk , but door was difficult to open .

The interior of the restaurant is not very clean or organized. I also did not care for the yellow rice with pork pieces, as I ordered the mixed vegetable dish b/c I prefer no meat.

I order alot from here. LOU is the owner and is a great guy. But the Women that wrk the front and answers the phone sometimes. Is EXTREMELY rude and mean. When I call and she answers I just hangup. She will ruin that place.

Got the order wrong, then argued about it over the phone and wouldn’t do anything to fix it.

I got delivery! They have such an inexpensive delivery charge it lets you give the driver a good tip (they deserve it)Some highlights: the crab Rangoon(s) I ordered had more than were advertised ? my order was $30 and their current promotion included a free bag of Rangoons so I got a ton of them (they’re my favorite so I be in heaven) the shrimp toast was the best I’ve had in the fox cities, even a little cold from being delivery, absolutely awesome. Way better than anywhere else, super crispy and toasty and juicy and shrimpy the beef lo Mein was super tasty I had ordered the “bean curd Szechuan style”; I was hoping it would be mapo dofu but it was not. It was like Szechuan chicken but tofu instead. Still super tasty, lots of veggies as they do. but was really hankering for real mapo dofu. Not a big deal because everything else was awesome and the delivery was fast and friendly!
