The Lemongrass On Queen St. Richmond

While staying at the motel complex adjoining the Lemongrass at Christmas time. We were lucky enough to dine at the Lemongrass twice and the food was amazing some of the best Thai we have eaten. The staff are great and we would strongly recommend anyone staying in Richmond Nelson to dine at the Lemongrass.

Had a new girl serving us, was very friendly and helpful even on her 3rd day being new to the job. Food was delicious and was a great environment to eat in, lots of seating and felt popular. I ordered Pad Thai (pork) which I've attached a photo below for reference

Always very yummy food, quick service and a nice atmosphere, will definitely be back again soon.

We went there for a celebration dinner. Nice welcome from the staff. Generally good service at the table. Wide range of Vietnamese Thai dishes, served decoratively on the plates. Reasonable range of drinks, both alcoholic and non- alcoholic. Mid- range prices. Pleasant general atmosphere. Wheelchair accessible. Plenty of parking in nearby areas; a little on the street outside. We'll definitely go back.

Good place for Asian fusion food. The pork was way too chewy for me and couldn't eat it. Worst thing was the bar service. They could have made so much more money if the bar tender had been attentive to peoples empty glasses. We had 18 people at our table but I had to get the bar tender to come and take orders, twice. Some gave up and just had water.
