The Derg Inn - Nenagh

I tried the 'Super Protein Salad' last week after a long swim, and as someone who usually doesn't order salads, I was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious, with a tasty locally sourced 'Hereford Prime' sirloin steak. I never knew a salad could taste so good. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, friendly service, and the meal was delicious. I forgot the name of the waitress/host, but thank you very much. I highly recommend this place.

We are visiting from Australia and went to The Derg Inn for dinner while staying at a B&B nearby. The atmosphere was great and the food delicious. I had the fish pie and my husband had duck. Both meals were a really high standard. It was a really cold night so we appreciated sitting by the cosy fire!

Good as it gets as always. No better place in the sun.
