Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Stores - Neosho

Past few months hubby and i have been going to the neosho braums for breakfast every now and then as a weekend treat... yesterday we went there for lunch.. the food is really good. fair prices. staff are friendly. the place bathrooms too) was clean. now it is an older building and could use some updating. but it was clean and tidy.. yesterday when hubby and i went to sit down I accidentally knocked his shake off the tray.. it was MY fault... we cleaned it up best we could then went and told a staff memeber. they finished cleaning it up quickly. and before we even started eating they brought hubby a fresh shake. no charge. we did not expect that as it was my fault the shake got knocked off the tray. so they quickly cleaned up REMEMBERED what shake hubby ordered or checked computer) and did not charge us for the replacement shake... during the whole thing the staff had a friendly manner. we will be going back.

The Ice cream is always good, plus right now Braum's is doing a trick or treat mix where you can put three kinds of candy in your ice cream.

We always love grabbing a bag of burgers whenever we can. Braum's offers some really tasty fast food!

The place was filthy, and the staff, including the children working there, completely ignored us as if we weren't even present. I definitely will not be returning.
