If this is how you treat your customers I do not want any part of it . I went threw the drive thru and told them I had 2orders. She took the order wrong in the first place then blamed me for her mistake.
I have been since KFC twice the management is terrible . Ordered dark meat four thighs they took my money 3 minutes later came back said they have no extra crispy thighs try to hustle me with original recipe I didn't come here for original recipe . Socouple days laterI gave them another chance wanted for extra crispy thighs they said they only have three two seconds later theyonly had two I told them let me have some wings they had no wings no legs. Terrible management
The prices are excessively high, especially given that they serve the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever encountered. I can’t even imagine where they source such tiny chickens.
I was really disappointed with my recent experience at the restaurant. I ordered an eight-piece chicken, but it didn't have any of the Kentucky Fried Chicken seasoning I expected. I also ordered macaroni and cheese but never received it. The coleslaw was bland and lacked any seasoning. To make matters worse, I ended up with two servings of potatoes and gravy, even though I only ordered one of each. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory visit.
I’m happy to see that the lobby is open again for dining. I would particularly love to see the return of the buffet, which has always been my favorite. As for the chicken, it’s definitely the best! The prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants in the area.
