Írjon visszajelzéstI order Robek's once a month for our company's Yoga Smoothies event. They deliver and Luke makes everything so easy when I order. The smoothies are delicious and the wraps are great. Awesome options for people with dietary restrictions and preferences too.
Updated review: Great customer service! The store owner reached out to me personally to hear about the incident. He apologized and offered me a free voucher. The owner truly cares about their customers and providing quality products. There were some repeated similar incidents with the former employee and new employees have since taken their place. This is how you run a business. Thank you! Original The young lady (black hair) who took my order told me ?yuck? when I placed it. She took very long to start my smoothie. Then, in middle of making my smoothie wanted to sell me the membership for a discount while saying ?this is the most clean and professional place I?ve worked at?, and she had no gloves on while making my order. She then stopped making my smoothie, didn?t blend it, started another order and left both of our orders on the counter not blending. Another employee had to come over and finish both orders while she was on the store phone. The smoothie was also terrible. I want a full refund.
Just came back from Hawaii and was hoping to find a delicious açai bowl in Florida after eating them all week on the island. Maybe it was just what I got but I tried the tropical bowl and it was no good. It tasted almost like some of the fruit was rotted. Maybe just a one time experience, but the first experience ruined me from returning. Sadly, I had high hopes for this place but I will keep looking. On the other hand I also got a juice and it was much better than the bowl.
The customer service is horrible here. I love the food but I?ve never had a good experience with the workers and it?s really disappointing so I will not be returning. Multiple times they have blatantly ignored me or gone out of their way to be rude (keep in mind I?m always polite and I tip anyway) but they will ignore you and make your food wrong for no reason. Please don?t waste your money or your tip here. I got avacado toast last time and there was barely any avacado on it, maybe like three tiny pieces. But the man was so rude that I didn?t even want to ask for him to remake it so I just left.
Our 3rd visit. Wanted to give it one more chance. The first visit we waited neatly 1/2 hour for two drinks. We were two of 4 people inside. The drinks were great. Thought to try again. Maybe because it?s new. This time we ordered on line before biking there. Much quicker. Drinks were great. 3rd visit will be our last. We ordered in person 2 of the same drink. We waited about 20 minutes before getting the small drink. We were 2 of 5 people in there. They were busy, I was assuming lots of on line orders to prepare. Still waiting for the large drink. Wondering why they just didn?t increase the measurements and make them at the same time. 10 minutes later....finally got the second one. Tasted great. We left on our bikes, only to compare drinks. Mine was purple and his was blue. Two different drinks. Nope. Can?t go back. We do realize staff shortages etc.... however, they were staffed, just really slow.
