Dogs Gone Wild - Neptune City

This was my first time going there and the food was good, everyone was friendly, but were out of lemon (for fried fish or tea). The onion rings were great and hush puppies were good, but for some reason it took forever to get our order, to the point of considering leaving, which was embarrassing since we were taking our parents out to eat. Quite a few tables were seated 15-20 minutes after us that were served and eating at least 30 minutes before we got our food. The total wait before getting our food was well over an hour and by the time we got it, we were ready to leave. I would give this place 1 more try because I really want to like it, but it just wasn’t the best experience.

I mean... it's a classic fish house...what's not to love? Huge parking lot, corn hole in the large waiting area, busy bustling serving floor, classic wood privacy booths. The food comes out very fast, and you always get enough to take home for leftovers! The food is amazing! Perfectly cooked hot seafood! It kind of makes you feel like you're at the beach, and I love that!

This is a top notch place for a great plate of fish and service. Crissy was very quick to get our order n very pleasant. Checking back frequently to see if we needed anything. The whole flounder was perfectly cooked as well as the baked sweet potato.. The sides could have used a little bit more Mayo and not diet drink choices would be nice. Also it would be nicer to have a choice of whole bone in catfish.. Love this place

Nice place. Friendly staff, but some seem to be covered. The food is fresh and delicious. Whole Flounder was really good! Devil was good, but a bit too much bread for me. Restaurant is always for me to visit when I'm in town.

The food was excellent and arrived quickly, hot and fresh. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 and will definitely be returning soon!
