Torschänke - Neu-Isenburg

Very delicious food, nice restaurant with a cosy and great furnished beer garden. Inside it is more rustic, yet the flair is true. The prices are ok and the portions too! A cellar was very good and the other one didn't go! Would always come back!

Rustic restaurant with beautiful terrace in the courtyard of the historic Forsthaus Gravenbruch The Torschänke with its garden-like terrace is an ideal place for a relaxing summer evening. There are hotel guests and local excursionists who want to eat and drink something after an evening walk or an evening tour with the convertible or bike. The ambience is rustic and the service is friendly and attentive. In addition to apple wine and typical Frankfurt specialities, Torschänke offers a very good selection of wines and faßbier. The map with regional classics such as Frankfurter Grüne Soße, Handkäs' etc. offers a small fine selection of premium meat dishes from the grill: both the Short Ribs and the juicy aromatic Kotelett from Duroc pig convinced by quality and taste. The exceptional Frankfurt barbecue sauces of the local Senfmanufaktur Kornmeyer were excellently matched to the meat. Careful service, delicious food, prices reasonable. Only the atmosphere in the courtyard is somehow empty and nothing.

Classic Hessian cuisine at the highest level presented by extremely friendly service in the historical stable. The dishes are not cheap, but are worth their price.

Very cozy rustic atmosphere. excellent service, cheap and a good selection of regional oriented, plus other options. I had the lamb and it was one of the best I had. we were there at a rainy night, so we settled in the inner, but they also have a large outside area that is used in the summer months.
