Whataburger - New Braunfels

I really enjoy Whataburger, but I've noticed that this particular location often struggles with slow service, cold food, and noticeable disorganization. The cashier was very friendly, and I could see that she was frustrated with the situation. I genuinely hope things get better here.

I ordered two big breakfasts with extra sausage, for which I paid extra, along with two pancake platters. However, my big breakfast didn’t include the sausage or the biscuit that’s usually included. As a business owner myself, I believe it's important to ensure that all items are included in each order. I consider myself a patient customer, but the next person might not be as understanding. Please make sure that all parts of the orders are checked thoroughly. This is just a suggestion for improving customer service. Thank you!

Can't go wrong with Whataburger, great place food and service.

During our trip from Dallas to San Antonio, we decided to stop at this Whataburger location, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience! Valeria was the cashier, and she was absolutely wonderful. She welcomed us with a bright smile and was incredibly kind and patient as we placed our order. She is definitely a gem! We would be fortunate to have someone like her on our team. The food was delicious, prepared quickly, and even with our complicated modifications, everything was made just right!

Yea maybe. It took nearly 35 minutes to get my order. Which was only 1 little egg breakfast sandwich. It was pitiful. The way the egg looked, and dry Luke a dirty rag. This particular Whataburger used to be really good. It sure went to the pot. (Whotaught them to fry an egg that bad)..
