Chinese Kitchen - New Britain

Always a good experience order from here, but yesterday was great! I cried at 8:03 and they said they were outside at 8:12! the food was hot and fresh I was super surprised with it was so fast!

I ordered the food in this place for the first time and I didn't get my food because I was a few minutes late to get the food and they were in a hurry to close before 11:00. After I called to make an order, they called me 5 times to ask me where I am and how long with lasted 15 minutes. I understand they want to leave work soon, but at the same time I think they should follow their open hours!

My visit to Chinese food. Always fresh cake hot. The absolutely best boneless spare ribs of every Chinese restaurant in the state. Not too much fat. And fantastic smoke taste. The orders are always done correctly and in time. Happy family dish is a wide selection of beef, chicken, pork skrimp. Together with several different vegetables. A very generous portion as with all their dishes. A lot of food and friendly service at reasonable cost.

First of all, if I order the delivery and pay for it, it's for a reason. I have a special need for adults and sometimes cannot get out. I made an order for chicken teriyaki. Don't ask much. I called because the chicken was burned and the rice was uncooked. No taste. I'll call back and the guy I'm talking to says if you want a new order, you have to pick him up. I'll tell him my situation. After debating with him to give me another order. He says, I hope you tipped the driver well, because now I have to send him back. Tiped him $5 btw What a customer service is that!! I called back and told him I didn't want the order. That I never wanted to order from here again. If you don't show compassion from my situation, you don't deserve my money or my time.

General tso platter was dry and rice had no flavor. It looked nothing like the pictures. Not worth it for the price
