Dunkin' - New Britain

I was warmly welcomed and assisted by Elizabeth, who suggested the new Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese with Sweet Black Pepper Bacon. It was absolutely delicious! Her exceptional customer service and friendliness, not only towards me but also to other patrons, made me think she was the manager. She definitely deserves a promotion!

I love this place! The staff is wonderful, and I visit every day for my coffee, sometimes even two or three times a day. Most of the time, when they see me approaching the store, my coffee is already prepared by the time I walk in—often before I even reach the register. Although I usually place my order through the mobile app, I often do so when I'm just two stores away in the plaza, and it's always ready and waiting for me as soon as I arrive. Everyone there knows me, and it's truly a fantastic spot with amazing employees!

The service was friendly and attentive, but the line was extremely long, stretching out the door. This wasn't the fault of the employees; there were only two of them working. I did notice a hiring sign, but outside, a homeless person asked me for spare change, which made me wonder how our society became so inefficient. Despite the long wait, the small team of two was very friendly and doing their best to keep things moving. While I understand that the lack of staffing might be related to broader economic factors rather than poor management, I can’t give a five-star rating after waiting nearly half an hour for a cup of coffee.
