Wienerschnitzel - New Caney

I've always wanted a good hot dog place around new Caney, but $4 for the same dog can I get in the Chevron for $2? Try the same and the toppings are free. I tried half the menu, including its famous junkyard dog and was not impressed. It's such a shame. I was hoping for something better. No wonder there are never customers.

We love Wienerschitzel corn dogs. This location is in a strip center and did not have the same atmosphere as the stand alone stores, especially the old style stores. They are the best.

Chili dogs are a must. The fries weren?t bad, but they weren?t amazing. The chili sauce on the hotdogs was so delicious we bought a can to go. However, the lemonade hand-dipped cone was a disappointment. The coating was chalky and sweet, with no resemblance to lemonade.

Always a hometown favorite from back in Corpus Christi, Tx. This location is near Houston so we had to hit it up on a recent visit. Always consistent and delicious hot dogs!! My family just loves, loves, loves this place! We always order at least 20 dogs to go!

The chili-dogs alone are worth a road trip! Everything on the menu is good, and anything (hot dogs, burgers, fries, etc) with their chili on it is fantastic. The staff is always friendly. The prices are always reasonable, and good deals are available with their specials and family packs! The only down-side is their popularity can result in long lines, both inside and the drive-through. Wienerschnitzel never disappoints.
