Saladworks - New Castle County

It’s not bad at all Im use to be more variety then current but you can’t go wrong with a salad

Won’t visit this saladworks again! Barely any lettuce, couldn’t mix in dressing becasue she said they didn’t have bowls. Asked me three times if I wanted a roll, butter, and silverware but there was no butter in my bag!

I've been to this Saladworks location 4 times in the past month. The food portions are wrong. I always pay $2.00 for an extra serving of chicken yet they skimp so I don't get what I paid for. Also I'm relying on the calorie information on the menu so the employees should be measuring the dressing, not eyeballing it. If i get the medium dressing amount, my salad shouldn't be drenched with a pool of dressing at the bottom. The staff needs retraining. There is a girl there that is awkward and doesn't look at you while ordering and was on her phone 2 different times while we're waiting. She is ending her phone call with the gloves on which defeats the purpose of the gloves. Other times, employees are having very loud conversations about nonsense which is annoying. They can chat when the line isn't long. At this point, I'll just make the salad at home.

I have been going to this Saladworks fir 1 year exactly. I go at least weekly. Always fresh and people friendly and helpful. I read some of the poor reviews and could not believe them. Not my experience at all.

Service was unhappy at best. I was made to feel like I was not welcome at all. I probably won't be back. I've never felt this way at any other location (Millcreek).
