Kings Family Restaurants - New Castle

I visited this restaurant for breakfast this morning and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Stephani, was fantastic. I made a mistake and accidentally dropped my eggs Benedict on the floor while cutting into it. Stephani was very sweet and understanding; she replaced my meal with two new ones without blaming us, even though it was entirely my fault. She did forget to bring the fruit with my meal at first, but once she remembered (and we had actually forgotten to mention it), she kindly packed it up for me to take home. She truly embodies what great customer service means. It’s clear that a happy customer will want to return. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional.

Not bad at all. The food is better than average for a chain restaurant. The service and staff are consistently excellent. I find myself returning occasionally, especially since I've had some not-so-great experiences at other finer dining establishments recently.

First off, GM John was fantastic and even took the time to personally make adjustments to our food, which I'll discuss later. Our waitress, Becky, was incredibly attentive and efficient—great service all around. We ordered three sandwiches and shared them by cutting them into smaller pieces, and all of them were excellent. I honestly couldn’t pick a favorite. The greens were among the best I've ever had, and I'm from the Deep South! The Nashville hot macaroni and cheese was delicious, with tender chicken and a hint of paprika, making it a true standout. The sandwiches were absolutely mouthwatering. While the prices for the sandwiches are a bit high, after trying three of them, I believe they are worth every penny, plus tip. They also offer a regular menu and a children's menu. I’ve changed my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars!

Great service (thanks, waitress Sara. Larry had big French dressing. I had a little Cobb salad and her huge Broccoli cream soup my favorite. Coffee with Turners cream cups and/or milk. Clean. Friendly. Helpful. The food is fresh and good.

When my mom and I go to kings for dinner we always have shay as our waitress. She makes it feel so much like family. She is always smiling and never gets our order wrong. She always know what we want to drink. She makes kings awesome and amazing. We honestly go there because of shay
