Ordered my madness bowl waited only 5 mins to get it thing was awesome.

The food is really good here but me and my coworkers placed an online order around 6:50 something and went to pick it up at 7:30 ish and when we got there the place was closed already despite their closing time being 8 online. card number went thru so we got charged but couldn't get our food. disappointing

Extremely disappointed with the service. Teenage boy on Sunday afternoon was to busy to even acknowledge that I wanted a 2nd shake. When I tried to get his attention he replied with I can 't even hear you ...that was because he had his airpods and was too busy to help a client. Extremely rude, I was so disappointed that I walked out of there without asking for that 2nd shake.

This place used to be my favorite spot to get bowls. However, when I called today- they told me they no longer do custom bowls (I have allergies and only certain things I can eat). Such a disappointment as this was my favorite place to go. Oh well.

Guy was extremely rude- my pitaya bowl was soup when I got it, I called them and they said to bring it back and I’ll get a new one, which I did and as soon as I walked in the man goes “well what do you expect it’s going to melt”. And then threw a new one on the counter and walked away. I will NEVER come back.EDIT- drive over an hour with it????? Not even close. Not to mention I took ONE bite but you’re due to your poor skills and staff, it was melted to halfway. Your boy at the register was completely rude. So why don’t you be honest !!!!! Have a good day !!!!!
