Dum Pukht - New Delhi

We have to check it. we can't do that. brntewein they put a bar in the luxurious fine restaurant. silver cutlery. personal butler. omg. this is all they can ask with itc. great food. great ambience.

Dum pukht is the place to be if you want to enjoy a lush mughlai dinner in one of the best properties in delhi. br br br due to the popularity of bukhara, which is located in the same hotel itself, you don't get pukht the attention it deserves. br dum pukht means letting the dish breathe in its own taste for a plentiful time to make it more delicious. brntewein for me is dum pukht better than bukhara, as it offers much more variety, regales ambiente and lipp tasty kebabs and biryani. that must be according to my opinion: br br br 1. dum pukht biryani br 2. murgh chandi tikka br 3. seah gilafi br 4. kakori kebab br 5. warqi paratha br if they do not make up the exorbitant price design, which is about 5000 for 2, then this is a must visit restaurant. br service by the staff is to be bash, they would expect nothing less than the anyway by itc.

They were kind enough to curate a meal for one that included both vegetarian and meat options. Everything I tasted was unique and delicious, but a special mention should be made about the lamb biryani. Simple yet spectacular flavors that made this Hyderabadi vouch for it being the best he has ever had. I look forward to coming back...

Not many people are aware that most of the 5 star places offer a lunch for one option that includes an entree, main and a dessert! Traveling alone in Delhi, I absolutely enjoyed this meal! The kebab was excellent and the dessert was to die for ! Loved it and be there when I am in Delhi next.
