Anchor Inn - New Forest

We visited Eling Mill and St. Mary's Church and found a place to have lunch at The Anchor Inn. We enjoyed a delicious seafood platter that was the best we've had in a long time. The staff was friendly and the pub garden had a great family atmosphere. We highly recommend visiting Eling and the surrounding area for a meal and drinks.

I recently had lunch with my elderly mother and we received a warm welcome at the restaurant. Despite it being shortly after a bank holiday, the chef prepared some delicious tempura prawns and spicy fries, which were freshly made and of excellent quality. We would highly recommend this pub, located in a fantastic spot by the quayside. It is perfect for relaxing and people-watching, as well as enjoying beautiful walks in the area.

Such a great sound that eating was just amazing first. in our party of 10 all loved their meal times, delicious and generous portion sizes too. well done. the personal was so friendly and welcoming that they really did the night that everyone worked, that the night talked to us and made the evening much fun.

Fantastic evening with great food and entertainment, staff were amazing and very accommodating from serving us after time due to a party and helping to make the future brides night with a special lift Ben, to putting up with our fun and laughter. Thank...you so much

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, as my partner lives nearby. I typically don't leave reviews, but I have to mention that the Landlady and staff were fantastic. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon. Best regards, Nick
