Papa Johns Pizza - New Freedom

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately both my husband and I got sick after eating. We won't be coming back here again, even though we love Papa John's.

Eating is usually good; but the shippers ignore either the delivery tickets or bypass their requests. tonight I was greeted with a shipper in my living room window because I had asked them to leave the food on the door and not knock or ring the doorbell. creepy. will look in doordash, ubereats, etc.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant for $110. I ordered 1 large pizza, 1 large stuffed crust pizza, 16 plain chicken wings (for my girlfriend who has allergies), and jalapeño poppers. However, I received 2 large pizzas without stuffed crust and 6 sauced chicken wings. The only reason I am giving an extra star is because the manager was very understanding when I drove back to the restaurant after the delivery mishap. I wanted to return with an additional tip for the nice gesture, but realized it would be too far out of my way for gas. Overall, the food was good, but the order mix-up was disappointing.

I have been dining at this restaurant every day for nearly two years. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and courteous. While I am aware that it is a chain restaurant, I find it just as satisfying as the local establishments. Unfortunately, like many businesses, they have been dealing with employee issues since November 2021. I urge anyone who dines here to show support and empathy towards the workers. I appreciate all the employees for their dedication to our community.
