Pretty little tea room, with lots of tea choices, nice big pot of tea, gluten free options, scones were yummy. Unfortunately they are often closed, best to call ahead before going so you are not disappointed.
Phidellia's is always a charming and relaxing way to enjoy tea or lunch with a friend - the service is friendly, the atmosphere suitably old-fashioned and tea-focused, the salads are fresh and generous and the baking is delicious. I usually have the quiche, salad and scone meal, which is hearty enough for any but the biggest appetites. Lovely selection of loose leaf teas as well - my only complaint is that they always seem to be sold out of my favorite!
Small so you need reservations, although there may be times you might find seating. They are not open Sundays, nor for occasions other than lunch. All food is made on premises - soups, salads, and delicious scones with butter and preserves. They have set lunches and you can pick one that you like. Wonderful choice of teas to complete your meal.
