Chipotle Mexican Grill - NEW HARTFORD

Yesterday my first visit to a Chipotle. It was really clean and nice walking, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you for keeping rice without Cilantro, I was really worried about when you are looking online and see all rice with Cilantro. So I guess you're holding rice without him. The food was amazing! The staff was very friendly, which is very difficult to find nowadays. I'm definitely back. Thank you for a wonderful first Chipotle experience!

Fast service, open when they say they are, good quality food. Now if only the other Chipotles in New England could figure out how to do their jobs again Id be all set!

I really enjoy Chipotle. It feels like a pricier alternative to Moe's Southwestern Grill, but it definitely offers fewer options. However, I appreciate the freshness of the ingredients and the simplicity of the ordering process. If you're with someone who always struggles to make a decision about what to order, that makes things much easier. My only complaint is that I was disappointed to be charged an extra $2.55 for a spoonful of guacamole on my burrito.

The food here is fantastic, made from authentic ingredients that are prepared fresh each day in the store. One employee, Bonnie, consistently goes above and beyond to assist customers. Plus, she makes the best steak quesadilla!

You can expect typical Chipotle vibes here. The service was good, the food met expectations, and the restaurant was clean. I went for an early lunch, and it was pleasantly quiet.
