Jersey Mike's Subs - NEW HARTFORD

Stopped in last night.. waited at least 20 minutes for 3 regular 6” subs that were $37 (1 person in front of us). Got home and realized 1 of the subs (from the grill) had the wrong meat. They tasted ok, nothing special.Went to the restroom while there, was no soap or hand towels in the men’s room. Not a good atmosphere in there at all either, only advice I can give about this place is STAY AWAY! At least this (New Hartford) location

The place was definitely short staffed and the workers were rude, using swear words in front of children and on their phones. Waited a half hour and subs were still still not ready. Workers also refused to give a refund. Will never go here again. Save your money and go someplace else. This place is terrible. The food is garbage. The workers are terrible, rude, and unprofessional. Just look at the other reviews. Hopefully this place goes out of business.

I ordered via app. Went at the pick up time. There were 5 people waiting for their order to be done (I assume online orders) and people in line . 1 guy texting on his phone more than 3 times. I waited 20+ extra mins than my pick up time for 1 giant , 1 reg and 1 kids subs all cold. The other worker didn’t Even know what included a kids meal. No cookies. Got home- all 3 subs were wrong. Like not even close. Drove all the way back to the store and the employees were rude and swearing. Still texting on his phone. Claims of short staffed (there were 3 people in the front and 1 came from the back later on) they were rude and swearing with kids In the store. Finally got a full refund after manager got on the phone. The whole world is short staffed right now- you don’t get to swear at me for no reason. An apology and make it right or give me a refund without harsh words would have resolved the situation immediately. Will not be back. Rude and unprofessional

Their subs are HORRIBLE hardly any meat all lettuce tomatoes and onions only thing that was good was the bread....

Incompetent workers who can't be bothered to get a simple order right. Ordered 2 chicken Phillys and got steak. Then of course, they have the phone off the hook so nobody can call to complain. This store needs a major employee overhaul.
