Burd's Burgers Bakery - New Haven

That was a nice fast food experience. A very warm young man took my order. I had a smokeshack burger (double) and a vanilla milkshake. All said, $21 and change. The frits were good, crispy on the outside, delicate inside. But I'm not a fan of Crinkle Cut. The burger was very good, a crispy car on the outside, juicy and tasteful. The vanillashake had a nice taste and was beautiful and thick. Hard on street parking and a bit expensive, but I'm glad I tried.

This was my first time at any Shake Shack. They greeted me at the door and asked how i was paying (their covid policy is reslly strict it seems, I'm happy to see . I ordered the hotdog and shakeshack burger. As far as quality goes, i think this is one of the better places to go to. The meat was cooked just right and they use a potato bun or something similar, they mixed well, and the (lettuce tomato seemed very fresh. It didnt take long either, even though they were working on other orders. If you havent tried Shake Shack I highly recommend it, and it reminded me a little of In n Out burger (for those who have had it, as its not on the East Coast. First Impressions? 10/10.

There is a recently new employee at this Shake Shack, I didn't get their name but they have short strawberry blonde hair. This person MADE our dining experience—amazing customer service all around. Best service and kindness I have ever experienced at a Shake Shack.

Fast and clean service. The food was phenomenal. Love my first time having a malted shake. The lemonade hit the spot. And I love that they offer bun less burger option!

The best of everything—burgers, milkshakes, staff—it's all exceptional! I've tried many places around the world, and you truly stand out as the best. Thank you!
