Dunkin' - New Haven

The worker had a trainee, and he managed to teach the kid and get my order put faster then I've ever had a dunkin order made.

I come to this location very often because it’s on the way to my job. Sometimes there is a wait but I always get my order prepared correctly and they are also so nice! Today, a young lady named Fallon was working the drive thru and she was so nice and informative because I truly didn’t know what a latte was. But we both laughed about it. I will continue going to this location!

Every time I go there the workers are fighting and cursing. If they put half the effort into preparing food and coffee that they do finding things to fight about, maybe it wouldn’t take 15 minutes to get an iced coffee and a plain donut. No presence of management, no urgency, no consistency in food.

The workers here are always friendly and nice but they ALWAYS mess up my order or forget things and i have to turn around and go back. today i ordered glaze munchkin's and they gave me jelly filled.

I ordered a large coffee with hazelnut syrup and 2 orders of hash browns, extra crispy. Was nearly 10 minutes before anyone even came to the window. Then the people working drive thru were sitting here continuing their conversation while i’m waiting to get my change back. The guy literally stood there with half of my change in his hand and stopped to look at the lady and keep talking for a solid minute. Then he took forever to count out my change… the screen tells you exactly how much to give back… doesn’t seem that hard for a grown man to figure out. Then they got my coffee order wrong, twice. I asked for hashbrowns extra crispy (because they always undercooked here). Had to send them back twice because there was not one crisp on them edges.. and the last time they asked me to describe crispy to them… crispy is crispy yall. Idk who’s doing the hiring here but jeez louis! Wasted over 20 minutes of my life helping people learn how to do their job
