Subway - New Haven

I love subway, but I wish they had the same price at EVERY-Shop. everyone is different. up to 3.00 difference..so check the menu before you go.it is another around the corner.

The service is great. The food is delicious. The only pet peeve is the stench of the odor as you enter in.

If the attendant could be nicer, I'd have a better experience :

Absolutely horrible service. I placed an order online for pick-up, arrived a few minutes prior to my pick-up time, waited patiently at the pick-up location. The server never came over to the pick-up area, I had to call him over. I was told he had not had a chance to begin my order so I stepped to the side. The server continued to make 5 other sandwiches for people standing in line (that arrived after I did). I finally stood in line and had to order my sandwich at the station, not once did he look at my order. They did not have the bread, sauce or chips that I had originally requested in my online order. I was also charged for extra toppings that were not put on my sandwich. All the while the server was extremely rude. Horrible, horrible service.
