Westville Seafood - New Haven

This is an outstanding spot for lunch. The staff at the front was friendly and eager to assist. The portion sizes are ample, and the food is delicious. They also have a wonderful seating area in the back featuring a full bar and a nautical theme. I highly recommend dining here!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a nice spot to enjoy a meal and get an early night.

Overall, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. The food was quite good as well. We tried the flounder, shrimp, mussels, hot dogs, and the Georgia hot.

This place is wonderful. The food is fresh and properly cooked. I and my wife stand there when we go to a concert at Southern Connecticut University

I 've been in the area all my life and this location has been many restaurants. The first one I remember is Big Top. A lot, in between, have been dives. Didn 't mean the food was bad, but it gave that impression. So that 's what I thought I was getting when I decided to give Westville Seafood a try recently. First, it was clean. And the dining room in back was clean and neat and semi-inviting. And even though they only have a small parking lot and it 's more of an industrial setting, they put a nice deck in back with seating that is probably pretty nice in the warmer weather. As for the food.... very pleased so far. I 've come here three times so far, and I 've ordered the clam strip roll, a footlong hotdog, and a cheese burger. The clam strip roll was full enough so that I had some extra to eat after I was done with the roll. The hotdog tasted just right, and the cheese burger had a great consistency to it and tasted great with a nice serving of cheese. The buns were fresh on all three. If any of those attribute don 't happen in the future, including serving size, I 'll be disappointed, but they 've earned one get out of jail free card so far, so I 'd probably come back again to see if it was an anomaly. I 'll definitely be back.
