Galen's - New Hope

I have the country ham egg and cheese sandwich that was great. her country ham has excellent taste. we stopped on the way to the cathedrale caverns that was great.

Best. in the world. I love going to this good old land restaurant and feeling like I'm in grandma's kitchen. large breakfast menu- her speck is cooked to perfection, her cookies are fluffy, and they make a medium over medium egg. the server are always super friendly and accommodating as they are family. I'll bring everyone to visit here now! I hadn't lunch yet, but I know they have the classic meat.

The best breakfast I've had for a long time. biscuit and gravur was delicious, the hashbrowns were perfect, and although the speck was better made, I like it.

Friendly staff feel like a family dinner. fried okra was great. ribs were good for the price. good eating without breaking the bank.

The service is beyond wonderful. Coffee is always fresh and refills without having to ask. Eggs were cooked perfectly overlight with great bacon and biscuits with gravy.
