Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - New Iberia

We eat here every week. one of my favorite places to stop. the drive thru line is so short, not long wait at all. fresh also so fresh. the propulsion thru worker has the best costume service . popeyes can get a five stars of me every day.

Manager and team were super lunchtime today. everyone was on the spot and the load is very clean. they are very positiw and friendly. Do they keep it, I'm all amazing?

Eat was good. He was bigger than usual. I love popeyes . the lobby was very clean and I didn't wait time on my fresh juicy spicy huh.A manager named troyetta helped me with my or, as a new employee on what I tried stuck! big plus point. she was so sweet and polite. shout to the new team.

I used mobile order and surprisingly it was ready when I got there , so glad I did bc there were lines at drive thru and walk up. Biscuits were over cooked but the chicken was hot and fresh

Not very clean. Tables and chairs not wiped and there was only one person dining. Some sort of box was being stored in the dining area. Had to wait 15 plus minutes for 8 over fried shrimp. We don't have Popeyes in our state and after this experience, I hope they never come into our state either. Sad.
