Casey's - New Johnsonville

Casey's in New Johnsonvile, TN. has the best breakfast pizza ive ever ate. The manager deserves a raise for having such a well run store.

This restaurant is a convenient choice due to the lack of options in the area. However, the Icee and ice cream machines are frequently broken, and the fountain drinks are often unavailable. It also seems that more than half the time, the staff are just standing around without much to do. On the plus side, you can usually find something expired on the shelves or in the fridge. Visiting Casey's feels a bit like being in a relationship with a boyfriend you don't actually want, but keep around just to say you have one.

The food quality is good, but I don't understand why there's an estimated cooking time when my order is never ready within 20 minutes of the app's estimate. Whenever I place an order, it takes at least 40 minutes for all my food to be prepared, and sometimes when I arrive at the restaurant, they haven't even started on my order! Why would I want to pay and just sit around waiting? As I mentioned, when you finally do get your food, it tastes great, but it feels like it takes forever to arrive.

Danny appeared to be under the influence and was browsing the customers while shoveling a burrito into his mouth. It really didn’t create a positive impression for the company overall.
