Dunkin' - New Lenox

Says open and looks open but no service this is not the first

I go to this Dunkin almost every day. The staff is always so friendly. (They have even learned my name at this point). ?My order is always right and the coffee always tastes fresh and delicious.

I go to work early. They are open at 4am. Always cheerful, quick, and get the order right. Great place!!

Went to this Dunkin location earlier today, unfortunately this will be the last time. Awful services! Couldn't get a simple coffee order right. I had to wait in line (drive through for over 5-10 mins) 2 different times so i can have my coffee remade which was terrible! I couln't understand the woman who was taking the orders from the drive thru. Place is a absolute disgrace! I see why this location has a bad reputation. Should be shut down.
