We love the sandwiches from here. always fresh and tasty. service is very fast!

My order said it was for delivery at 2 out of 230 I called and they said that the instructions were for the supplier to drive so that I open the back door and my order sits in front of the door. They left it there without knocking or something and expected that I only know it was there? that doesn't make sense.

To all those who complain about these shops, do they give themselves time like them? re the only people who order lunch, a business can not stop taking orders because they are overwhelmed to keep them acceptable for a waiting period is wrong they order a delivery, it? ll take time, maybe they can make their own sandwiches instead of thinking them? re the only one in the opposite who wants jimmy johns, her young man does it well, keep it up!

Worse jimmy johns I had it ever. Eating is not great and service is likely the worst u can get. after 30 min was waiting told idk how much longer I haven't had enough drivers maybe u should take so many appendages then. very bad management skills are obvious.

Ordered at 1133 at 1150 noticed on tracker it was out for delivery (mind you I 'm in the same parking lot as them). At 1210 i called to ask about it. They said it was out for delivery. I called at 1210 offering to pick it up myself. No its out for delivery. I called at 1226 to speak with manager and he stated all deliveries are an hour there nothing i can do about it . When i complained that I 'm in same parking lot and my food shouldn 't travel all over town before getting to me, he told me there 's nothing i can do and i don 't need to be harassed then hung up. I would loose my job if i spoke to customers that way. Let alone lied to them about delivery time. If i get desperate enough to use this location again I 'll be picking up myself. I would like at least my delivery charge and tip back. I feel cheated. I 'm curious as to why only the positive reviews get a response from the owner?!
